Worship Team Volunteer Details

Qualifications

  • Must be saved and have a personal relationship with Jesus.

  • Must be faithful and consecutively attend CLC for at least 3 months.

  • Must have a heart for worship and leading people into the presence of God.

  • Must be musically gifted (either vocally or instrumentally).

Requirements

  • Must participate in 1-2 part auditions.

  • Must take time to practice music as needed through the week leading up to Sunday and come to Sunday practices prepared.

  • Singers must be able to naturally harmonize or learn parts through provided recordings.

  • The band must be able to read chord charts and preferably have the ability to replicate special parts as requested by the worship leader.

How Often

  • Practice: Sunday mornings from 8:30-9:30

  • Service: 10-11:30

  • Team members will be asked to participate in occasional special events and practices. These include, but are not limited to, New Music Rehearsal, Special Services, Nights of Worship, Conferences, Christmas Eve Service, Thrive, etc. Times for these events will vary.
